Confirm that your card is in the PSA database here.
If your cert is in the PSA database and it's not uploading, please send the cert details you would have entered using the supported messenger located at the bottom right of your screen or reach out to email@example.com, and we will assist in getting your card uploaded.
Unfortunately, if you can't find your card in the PSA database, you will not be able to add it to your portfolio via PSA cert. There are several reasons this may have occurred:
Lost in PSA database as they made upgrades throughout the years
Card has been tampered with, shown to be inauthentic or defective. (Nothing that can be done on PSA end to resolve this issue)
Alt has a service for our Vault customers where we would investigate with PSA and see if the card can be placed in a new holder with a new cert number.
