If you share ownership of a bank account with another Alt user, you may both be able to use the bank account on Alt but will need to contact support and notify them of doing so. Failure to notify support of your joint bank account will result in your bank account being flagged by our Fraud Prevention team and the bank account becoming invalidated. If a joint bank account becomes invalid on one Alt user’s account, it will be unusable (for payments and transfers) on the other user’s Alt account, too.
This is reversible but will result in delaying any purchases or withdrawals you wish to make.
